postgresql-devel on Mandrake 10.1

I am trying to install postgresql-devel on Mandrake 10.1 Community, but it is not on distribution CDs. I downloaded the .rpm file, but then my urpmi complains:

[root@localhost tmp]# urpmi postgresql-devel-7.4.5-1mdk.i586.rpm
Some package requested cannot be installed:
postgresql-devel-7.4.5-1mdk.i586 (due to unsatisfied devel(libcrypto))
Continue? (Y/n)

How do I fix that? I know that I have libcrypto.so.0.9.7 (i.e. looked in /usr/lib)... If I need a newer version, please show me how to install it.

Thanks a bunch!

I solved it. Simply downloaded plpgsql.so from here:

http://llistes.bulma.net/pipermail/b...ay/000768.html

and voila, plpgsql works
