Hi All, running mandrake linux 10.1 official powerpack, downloaded all the nesessary files from the plf. and kaffeine works great embedded in konqueror playing realmedia and quicktime trailers. but having no joy getting it to work in either mozilla browser. have even tried the sysmlinks -v option to see all links,
the mozilla and netscape folders are of no use. where do i begin.

On suse 9.1 it was as easy as selecting configue kaffeine as a helper application for mozilla, then going into the mozilla plugins folder to backtrack the plugin, and to get it working in firefox i symlinked libkaffeine.so to the firefox plugins folder. ok it wasn't embeded in either browser but it worked.
Strange thing was it did'nt work in konqueror in suse. is this perhaps because mozilla actually does install to the mozilla directory on suse.

Just thought i'd add the above as it was pretty easy to do, but now i'm pulling my hair out, at my new mandrakeclub mebership.

Damn it, how stupid of me, forgot to download and compile mozilla starter plugin. this was provided for suse as an rpm from packmans site.

Anyways it still launches the full player any way to get it embeded?
