Mandrake 9.2 server set-up

Used M9.1 and linuxconf was OK for setting-up server and hosts. Tried an upgrade M9.2 but on configuring the modem lost the LAN and linuxconf!

So did a fresh install of M9.2 only to discover no way of setting-up server.
Linuxconf is missing and I cannot set-up from Mandrake Control Centre as System Configuration section is missing. Tried looking for the wizdrake package - missing!

Would prefer to use linuxconf, but any help in being able to install these applics much appreciated.

from the mandrake control center, software management, rpmdrake, use the word "wizard" as your search. You will get drakwizard as the result. Select it for install...

later, when your menus go away, run "update-menus -v" from a shell. They will come back. :>

Discovered Linuxconf is no longer included on M9.2.
However did yet another fresh install of M9.2 followed your instructions ,the wizard applic installed even with a bad signature- everthing is sorted and got my LAN back.
