Question Set up server as a NTPD server

There are numerous messages on how to use NTPD protocol but all users need to access a public NTPD supported server on the net. I would like to set up one of my server as NTPD server and other workstations use this NTPD as a reference clock. What kind of files I need to setup on this server? Do appreciate any input.

Just like that ...

Have that one machine get the time from that
same public server, and have the others update
from their "peer".

Cheers,
Tink
