out of the blue, on login, ksysguard could not connect (ssl) to the localhost: no graphs, no readings.
besides there is an inconsistent message announsinig some "network problem" (network aplet does not appear on the taslbar) that otherwise going unnoticed - i can still access the internet.
i have created a new user with regular permissions and logged in as one. and everything worked just fine - no "network problem", ksysguard worked as usual.
it seems like some config file in my profile got screwed up and i can not figureout wich one. maybe i'm wrong.
anyway, what can i do in sucha situation?
any suggestions are welcome.
thanx in advance.
