Question java delayed...

What could cause this kind of problem? When i try to start java applications,nothing seems to happen,except that after about 2 minutes that application does start.Kind of "delay"?. I have been installing software,and configuring/fine tuning my system,but everything else is OK.This java "delay" started recently.

Thumbs up Problem solved
Problem is solved now,with help of users in mandrivausers forum.There was a package called "ipv6 support for iptables" that i had installed couple of days ago,and it was somehow confilicting with java.
