how can i make my KDE windows transparent? like on my Xchat i can make my wiindow transparent is there a any setting i can do to make my KDE windows transparent to ?
I'm new to linux, I just got Mandrake 10 installed with KDE. I've seen some screen shots where the console has just been in the backround on the desktop, but all you see is the text to it. How is this done?
my console does that, make an application shortcut, with the properties, applicatioin command
rxvt -ip -fg DarkBlue +sb -g 120x65+0+0
the -ip makes it have your background, the DarkBlue i use because i have a real light background, the +sb i have for some reason and the -g stuff sets my geometry to fullscreen starting in the upper left corner
Guys, Do you know how to put on my desktop all the details about my computer? Like for example: weather, download rate, uptime, ram, swap, and other stuff like that?
