Hardware detect during startup - how to configure SCSI drive
Hi Guys,
have installed a new HP all in one printer (PSC210) and have it running OK. When ever I start the PC I get a detected new hardware message with an option to configure a SCSI drive - sda. Selecting the configure option provides a selection of the existing drives to unmount. Using harddrake within the GUI also produces a similar result by starting diskdrake. Not sure what to do to configure the detected SCSI drive (the memory card reader part of the printer I assume). Have tried using the memory card reader and it works - a little slow. Below is the last part of the dmesg output.
Bye the way the only drama with the printer is that once I scan with it I cannot get the printer to print until I turn off the printer and then turn it on again.
Can anyone assist?
thanks
