Free (Beta) Linuxant drivers on MDK 10 (2.6 kernel)

has anyone managed to get the old free version of the linuxant driver on Mandrake 10.0, with the 2.6 kernel? i tried compiling it but it just wouldn't work...

Not with the 2.6 kernel but you can install the old 2.4 kernel they worked with. That's what I did and they work fine.

Just curious,does the drivers compiled for 2.4 work if I boot into 2.6?

I don't know enough yet to get it to make the /dev/ device entry.
