Repeated text when registering new user

During registration the first text in the agreement is duplicated on the next line or so. So its there two times.
Maybe someone could fix it and more sure text is not there multiple times.

In the rules it says "check the 'I agree' checkbox".
But the text next to the check box says "I have read, and agree to abide by the LinuxQuestions.org rules.".
Maybe better to change the text next to the check box to "I agree".

Also you could update the date each time you change the text: "This page was last updated on 03/30/2012.".

Maybe just have the rules in one place only.
https://www.linuxquestions.org/quest...p?do=showrules and https://www.linuxquestions.org/linux/rules.html are slightly different and have different update dates.
Maybe instead of having links called Forum Rules/Rules/LQ Rules just call them one thing. Like "Rules".

Thanks for the feedback. The two URLs currently have slightly different context, but we'll streamline it as part of the next code update.
