Text User Interface

Hello friends
I am a student of M.Tech

I have to make a Text User Interface on host machine,(typically as in LINICE debugger)to communicate with the target machine through serial port.

I have already made CLI but i dont know how to make TUI .

Any kind of Suggetions are welcome

Thanks

Assuming you using C/C++, you might want to check out NCurses.

Here is a HOWTO:

What language are you using?

the simplest text-based interface would simply print a list of options on screen and wait for the user to input a choice. It's not too pretty, but it will work for something quick & dirty.
