Next Page link Hidden Below Ad

I would like to see the next page link put back under the last post instead of down under an ad.

It's too easy to not realize that there are still more posts in the thread, because when you get down to the last post on the page, the "next page" link is nowhere to be seen.

I haven't seen this type of issue before - can you provide a screenshot? Jeremy tries to make the ads as unobtrusive as possible, so it could be a rogue or it could be at your end.

If other members think it's intrusive, I can certainly look into moving it a little lower. Feedback is appreciated (although most members who participate in the LQS&F forum regularly likely have enough posts that they don't even see the ad).

@Wayne sallee,

I think you are viewing the threads as guest. members will never see ad's.
I have opened a thread which has multiple pages, I didn't see any ad's, because I logged on as member. Later I have opened another browser, I didn't logged on in that browser. So I saw next page link below the ad's. I think guests/non-members will get ad's.

Are you suggesting no ad after last post(for guests) ? Or you are experiencing any ad's(even after logged on) ?

I have recorded my desktop. See this video

@jeremy,

I think, the existing page viewing (for guest view) is Ok. Because guests are supposed to see ad's. If you keep ad below the next page button, *full ad* may or may not be seen. With the current page setup, guest will see entire ad, if he wants to click next page.
-- There is no use of keeping ad's if it is not viewed -- .is n't it ?

That's interesting: I'm definitely seeing ads while logged in. I'll get a screen shot for you soon.
I don't see any ads in your video, but I've got adds.

You will see some ads until you are in the Senior Member usergroup.

Here is what it looks like for a thread that has multiple pages:
http://waynesallee.com/downloads/screen_shot.tif

And here is what I propose it be changed to look like:

I use a hosts file.

I don't see any ads.
