First, thanks for the video; it makes verifying that you're having an issue extremely easy. That being said, I'm not able to replicate the issue. Are you using any browser add-ons that may be impacting this?

No, none of the listed addon's should pose a problem. Can you try shift-refreshing the page? If you still don't see anything, can you send me a "View Source" of the page? Is anyone else seeing this?

I asked for a shift refresh as Firefox can be pretty aggressive in its caching sometimes, so it's possible there was a transient issue and you're just seeing cached results. If your others browsers are able to properly render the page, it's almost certainly something with FF or one of your add-on's. Have you changed any settings or installed any new add-on's recently?
It's working for me tooo.
Actually At the end of "Top 10 Stats" nav bar we can see a small arrow .
If this arrow is down --> stats are hidden under nav bar
If this arrow is up ---> stats are shown under nav bar.
Unfortunately till now it is down for me. I did not observed it.
