Just a note. Some browsers seem to very sporadically not log you out. If this happens you need to manually delete the cookie (if you have them enabled).
I'm at University and I usually check my emails first thing. If I have an LQ one, and if it needs, I will reply to it. Because this requires that I be logged in. All good so far. I then have a lecture to go to. I have not checked the new posts section yet. When I return later, the new posts is only since my last login (which was earlier) and is quite often only around 30 instead of 100+. Is there any way around this, or shall I just stick to going to the 'check new posts' section and copying the url to a shortcut on my desktop?
I would like there to be a logout button on the top where all the other buttons are becuase sometimes when im in a hurry to get to my next class i find it hard to find the text link on the bottom of the main forum page. Just my 2 cents

Not a bad idea. If you are logged in you now get the user cp button, the members button and the logout button. If you are not logged in you get the register button. Thanks for the suggestion.
What do you think to make this forum a little bit more fun, like adding the categories for techies joke, and some funny stories. Besides, you can do a gallery for the newest chipset and introduce some new softwares or kernel applications with pictures. I guess it would be nice,
