is there anywhere to post things to sell?

I'm thinking about upgrading my computer, and if I do I'll be selling my current one, which is still a great laptop. I was thinking someone on the boards here might be interested in it since all its hardware is supported by Linux. Would I be allowed to post a thread to sell it anywhere on LQ?

We have never gone down the "buying/selling" route on LQ because it is fraught with problems. If, for example, a buyer is unhappy with the kit they buy or a seller doesn't send it or any one of a million problems, no matter how many times we say "buyer beware" or put in a disclaimer that the sale is nothing to do with LQ, we will still get caught in the middle. There are many sites out there that are able to do this far better than we can, so we just don't get involved.
