I just noticed this on a thread I was following. Is this something new?
I see the other thread about people not liking the "no" response on some of their posts but it seems to me if the majority of their responses are "yes" then a few "no" responses don't mean anything.
Only allowing a "yes" response seems a "leading the witness" kind of thing. One might as well take it out completely.
Sometimes I put a "no" response because specifically the response I put the "no" on said something like "RTFM" or "You really need to learn Linux" without giving any guidance as to where to go for more information. I think the "no" button has value in suppressing these kind of answers that simply show the annoyance of the responder rather than providing any meaningful assistance.
