I just want to ask, if ever i would contribute.. does it have to be in dollars??

any donations of other currency would be automatically converted, you might need to actually donate in dollars depending on the system you use, in whichi case you might want to use a currency converted like http://www.xe.com/ucc

It does not appear that PayPal is currently accepting from your country (as you noted). You should still be able to become a contributing member:
