What's the error message, or what exactly happens when you try? Is it immediate? Can you give us more details?

Cool

Hmmm... this sounds like an appropriate place for my problem aswell as it is related...

Hi there. Recently the connection to LQ has become rather eratic. When I click the "submit post" after writing a message my browser (opera 7.11 under linux) returns the message "connection closed by host". Mozilla-firebird returns the message "document returns no data". This doesn't happen all the time (since I can post this message) but only sometimes. More often than not, it will only happen in one thread. So, to explain, I'll be posting numerous replies and then I get to one thread and it will not let me post. I then go on to another post and usually (but not always) I'll be able to post again. This has only recently happened (sometime in the last 1-2 weeks) and I'm not sure what's wrong. Does anyone know what would cause such an error?

If this happens again please email me as much info as possible (time, forum, thread, browser, etc). Is this happeneing to anyone else?

Will do. Sometimes, though, I can't send anything at all so I'll try to just write down the appropriate specifics and post another day. This hasn't happened to me today, though.

It seems its just my system cuz i started to disable things in my browser one at a time and when i disabled javascript then i connect fine, I enables it and then it freezes again so somehow javascript is giving me a problem on my Linux system.

I can post here, though but not in another particular forum.
