I just got done doing a whole bunch of updates. You now the drill, if you see anything unusual please let me knoe. For those of you keeping track here are the changes.

Tweaked/recompiled apache and upgraded to 1.3.14
upgraded openssl to 0.9.6
upgraded mod_ssl to 2.7.1
Tweaked/recompiled PHP
