Annoying HOME when you add CODE !

Hi

When you type your post, select a part of text (several lines), then
click on the http://linuxquestions.cachefly.net/i...ditor/code.gif
then you are now lost in your editing post : you are at the first line of the edited post.

Isn't it annoying for anyone ? Why no one fixed this ?

Regards, thanks

I selected it and clicked on "#"

Can you point to a post which illustrates this? I haven't seen this in my time on LQ.

I believe he means when you are creating/editing a post and you click the button to wrap something in [CODE] tags, the cursor sometimes jumps to a random point in the text. I have noticed it before, particularly when writing long posts, but it has never been a terrible burden. It could be browser (Konqueror) specific.
