Add the link for Welcome to LQ to the Main Menu?

In using the Welcome to LQ link, I always find that I have to open the Site FAQ up and then draw that link out. Be a tad nicer if it just were shown in the Main Menu, in fact I'd then also say that to posters who needed that form of instruction.

Hi all...

+1

I've had to bookmark it and then bring it up on another tab whenever I've needed to link to it.

Regards...

Thanks for the feedback. As the link does not apply to 99% of LQ members, we have no plans to add it to the main nav at this time.

I'm sorry but I can't resist ... (see attached picture)

"What kind of a world do we live in where even Jeremy gets bitten by the dreaded PERCENT SYMBOL bug?!?!?

For what it's worth on the original topic, I do pretty much what ardvark71 describes in a different manner. It really is just faster if a quick link is on the screen so we can right mouse, copy the URL for pasting. But fully understood that not all changes make the best sense for the forums.
