yellow roadway (the big trucking company) is switching to linux. my terminal will change this december. i am just a dock worker so i really dont have access to it but 2 years ago i noticed they where using windows server and telnet (ewwwww). so for 2 years i have been complaining to the head guys about how much money the company would save and security reasons. i even offered to write the proposal. i dont know if they sent my request up but it is happening and they even mentioned my name and that i have been bugging them non-stop. i personally think he didnt but thats just me. anyways i consider this a success, another big company makes the switch.
