sqlplus command from script

I am trying to execute the following script:

PATH=$PATH:/opt/oracle/bin
export PATH
ORACLE_HOME=/opt/oracle/
export ORACLE_HOME
ORACLE_SID=avrs
export ORACLE_SID
#
sqlplus arts02/virtual <<!
@/usr/cdudata/tt.sql
exit
!

The result Iam getting is ./do_sql: 134855424: Permission denied

I have all the rights etc. but don't understand the problem. Can somebody please help me as the server is accesable via the internet.
