Cool I am unable to install mandrake linux 2007 on SATA HDD


Hi, I am kiran....

I tried to installed mandrake linux 2007 on Segate SATA Hard Disk
but after booting no responce..... please help

Your BIOS may not be able to boot off of an SATA hard drive. I've had the same problem before. The easiest solution I managed, was to use an old 10GB IDE hard drive I had lying around as my boot drive, and have everything else on my 500GB SATA hard drive.
