hello i am new member of linux questions as of today and a new linux user
i would like to say hello to everyone as i am a new member as of today and i am also a new Linux user. for now i have installed linux mint on a old desktop system i had. right now i am on my windows 8.1 laptop. i hope to be able to get rid of windows in the future and just use Linux as my operating system of choice.
i am 61 years old and totally disabled as well as being bed bound most of the time due to severe work injury years ago and 23 operations. my computer really helps me to pass the day and helps me cope with pain i have 24/7. i hope to learn much here and make new friends. i just hope i do not ask to many dumb questions, as i do not wish to be a burden to any one.
