Hello All

I have an Acer Aspire One that mostly "crashed" running under Win 7.
Certain CPU intensive software "bombed" it. Put it aside.
THEN...I found Lubuntu. WoW..I'm doing things with this PC, for FREE, that would never happen in Windows.
I now have a great, useable little travel PC. Now, I don't have to "lug" around my big Acer when I travel.
I have installed:
Ham radio packages
Guitar packages
Music and video packages
I can do more with this "lighweight" distro than I ever could with Windows.
I'm still learning, and I'm having FUN.
Best

Hello and welcome to the forum, I'm glad that Lubuntu has "salvaged" your laptop.
