Well, my name is Aadil although I usually go by the name 'qlue' when I'm online. .
As you can guess, I started out on a Commodore 64. After a long dry spell, I finally managed to afford a 'smartphone' a few years back. With that I became a 'moblogger'. I recently bought an Acer Aspire One A110 that comes with the Linpus Linux Lite distro. (read 'lite' as 'incomplete')
This distro is based on the outdated Fedora 8 core, but lacks many of the vital modules that are needed. Of course, once you know this, most of the modules can be added using pirut.
My plan is to migrate this box to Ubuntu Netbook Remix which, I hope, will be more usable.

Anyways, I'm from South Africa, and since I'm a newbie, I might be asking a lot of stupid questions here! :lol:

I too come from a Commodore64 background and am proud of it (go on people, laugh all you like ) and have lots of fond memories of the C=64 days. Have been a Slack-aholic (Slackware Linux) for several years now, and love that too!
