Question Linux and a Commodore 128

I currently have Redhat 8.0 installed on a 233 MHz machine. I also have a Commodore 128 connected to it via the serial port.

My question is that in order to have correctly browse the web, I believe I need to have IP Masquarading up and running.

I'm a bit lost on the setup for this. Can anyone help?
