i've been interested in linux for a good few years, but i've finally decided to use linux for my work and looking forward to getting to know it more. definitely will help me with doing web development to become more familiar with it! i was always put off in the past by having to fix problems, which on a mac, i rarely had to do... but it seems that things are a lot smoother now i'm on kubuntu because i wanted something where there would be lots of advice!

I think that your first proper thread has to be okayed by a moderator of the forum in question. The delay might be just because a lot of the moderators are from the US and this is a long holiday weekend for them.

If it still hasn't appeared by the end of the day, click on the "Contact Us" link right at the foot of the page and let LQ know of the situation.
