I install the Dapper Drake, but I can't use my wireless adapter. The model is "Sitecom WL-113", and I'm sure that this model work on kubuntu because other people use it.
Help my, please please please please please please
I use the pc to work and I need to have an internet connection.
Your card seems to have a Ralink chipset, can't be sure exactly which one though. You might want to try this driver for it. Your card isn't listed on the site as one known to work with those drivers, but that doesn't mean it won't work.
Run "/sbin/lsusb -v", that will give you the USB ID for your card. I did see the driver you mentioned, but one of your screenshots suggested that your card has a Ralink chipset and not a ZyDAS one. That was why I suggested you try the Ralink drivers.
if I open a shell and write: modp
and then press "tab" on my keyboard, it automatically complete with: modprobe zd1211
This mean that the driver are installed? (by default)
If it is true, how can I use my usb adapter? (I try with ifconfig wlan0 up but it doesn't work...)
You know, you can just type out the output here instead of screenshotting everything :/. Well modprobe seems to have run successfully. Is there anything in dmesg (i.e. run "dmesg") about your card? What about the last few lines of /var/log/messages?
