Need CLI help with WPA2 personal w/ TKIP+AES
I'm trying to create a bash script that auto-executes on boot-up.
The script will attempt to connect to my hidden (not broadcasting ssid) wireless network which uses WPA2 Personal with TKIP+AES.
The reason I'm doing this is because when using Ubuntu, it seems to take forever to load up my network connection using the built in connection software. Even after everything is booted it still seems to take another 2 minutes to connect to my wireless router.
I know the problem is rather superfluous, however it's something I would like to learn how to do. I've found alot of info on auto-connecting to open networks or even WEP networks but haven't had as much luck with WPA2.
I'd just like to mention i'm also open to other alternatives that would connect me faster besides such a bash script.
other things that may or may not be useful:
SSID: cyn-net
wireless device Name: wlan0
wireless device can use: 802.11 a,b,g, or n
Using wireless n router.
