WPA2 TKIP ubuntu 6.06, need to start on boot for bridge
I am running Ubuntu 6.06 on a toshiba laptop connected to an IPcop firewall. The laptop needs to be a bridge (NOT access point). The access point is downstairs on my other network, and I need to be able to bridge the IPCop firewall to it so that I can share my broadband connection with the rest of my computers. I have wpa_supplicant and bridge_utils installed. The bridge interface (br0) is configured with a static IP and allows me to access the internet throught the firewall.
The access point uses WPA2 with TKIP and AES, and downgrading it to WPA or WEP is not an option. I need to get wpa_supplicant to start on boot and configure the wifi card. I have not been able to get wpa2 (wpa_supplicant) working under ubuntu 6.06. Network manager is not an option as wpa needs to start on boot for the bridge.
