OMG!!! I got it working, im online in linux as I type this!

I have it solved and might need to write a new thread maybe in tutorials or something lol.
Anyways, copy all prsima02 files into /ect/ndiswrapper/prisma02 folder that ndiswrapper created when you typed ndiswrapper -i PRISMA02.inf.

Those files are:
prisma02.PNF
PRISMA02.sys
PRISMA02.cat
PRISMA02.inf(just to be safe)

Then do modprobe ndiswrapper, this time instead of an immediate prompt, u have to wait about 10-15 secs, then u'll get another prompt. now type iwconfig and it should have all the information it got from when you set it up in windows.

Immediately after you do modprobe ndiswrapper the lights should come on for the card!!
now, computer-->system config-->network(ing)
add a new one, select wireless, click the down arrow for device and u should see wlan0(or whatever number it gave yours).
type your essid, and select automaticly detect dchp, and voilla, you're online!!

by the way, they should change linux root to ignore case, man it gets confusing when you type in a file and its not there because of a capital or two. lol
