hi,
i'm running linux (mandrake distro, v 10.1) and am trying to connect to my home wireless network (the network works fine, i can connect with windows). anyway, when i run the wizard to add a new connection, it cant find anything and asks you to manually pick a driver from this big list. i tried a few that looked vaguely related but it kept snapping me back to the "choose a driver" screen. i'm guessing thats because its trying the drivers and isnt having any luck.
so, i've had a look on the d-link site and i cant find any linux drivers for my dwl-g520 + wireless PCI adapter. what can i do? is their no way i can connect to my home network through linux?

Looks like you want to install ndiswrapper:
http://ndiswrapper.sourceforge.net/

You can also use acx100 . I had a same card and got better results with acx than ndiswrapper.
