installed driver for wireless what next?

hi,
I have downloaded the source "ipw2200-source" using apt. command

apt-get -u install ipw2200-source

but i don't know what to to do next...?

if someone can help

my wirelesnetwork card is
Intel Corporation PRO/Wireless LAN 2100 mini-PCI adapter
