get wep IE from APs
I am using wpa_supplicant on a hand-held device, which has a marvell wifi module mounted.
As the default auth mode for wpa_supplicant is “open”, it can’t associate to an AP configured with WEP-shared, if I don’t specify the auth_alg=SHARED explicitly in the wpa_supplicant.conf.
Then, the problem comes: How can I know the AP’s auth_alg is open or shared, I can not get this info from iwlist scan.
