D-Link DWL-650 Rev p on Suse 9.1 personal

I have read all of the threads about setting up a wireless card and several mention and discuss the dwl-650 but I haven't found one that addresses that card on a Suse system. I have tried all of the methods described in the current threads and none seem to work. I am using the standard suse kernel and have installed kernel sources with yast, but have not done make or config on the current installation. When I have tried that in the past I always wind up making my system inoperable and have to reload suse. If anyone could give me a hand with this I would really appreciate it. It is the only reason I am still using windows.

Thanks in advance
Brian Schneider

Well, I hope that someone out there can tell me what the problem is and how to fix it. I have tried and I thought installed wlan-ng and had it working on my system, but it would never get an address from dhcp, but when I checked on the router's web configuration it did see the mac address of the wireless card and the card also said that it was connected, but could not get the network to go through it. Now after tinkering around, I still don't have any idea as to what is going on. Here is an output of what the boot msg is when it tries to install the card. There are two different versions. The second one is the latest one.

Thanks for the help
