kvm and vmware guests are not communicating

im using RHEL6 and installed kvm with around 4 guests, last night i tried to istall esxi5.0 on it but i failed so i intalled vmware workstation 8 and then installed esxi on it, and also i installed on guest with xp on vmware. in the network connections i added my network with below options

host only
disabled DHCP
netork 192.168.85.0

Now vm guests are pinging with my host machine (RHEL6), but when i try to start any guest in KVM (virtual manager) error says network is not active some thing like that. so i try to activate my virtual network (192.168.85.0)in VIRTUAL MANAGER >> HOST DETAILS >> NETWORK >> MY VIRTUAL NETWORK when i click on play button to activate network it says

"this network is alreday used by another interface."

if i remove 192.168.85.0 network from vmware network manager, KVM guest starts as usual. problem is i cant give 192.168.85.0 in both hypervisors at a time, if it so how could all the guests communicate.

if same network not possible, ill give 192.168.85.0 for kvm and 192.168.86.0 for vmware but how to make communication between VMWARE KVM and GUEST.

PLEASE help me please dont tel me to use any of the hypervisor.

i want to make it possible. i'm preparing on virtualisation.

please help me....thank you very much in advance.

ask vmware support, you're using their proprietary, and rather expensive product after all - you should be able to get support for it

Seeing you have esxi just put all host on that. Get support to help with other implementations

It might work to set your RHEL host up as a router, (enable routing via 'echo "1" > /proc/sys/net/ipv4/ip_forward') and forward packets between your interfaces. Each guest would need the host set up as either the gateway or a staticly configured route. I haven't tested it, but it might work.
