.. where to download ..
The good news :
You don't do that, when you have Linux. Rarely, if ever.

Software is either included in the OS install or you can
browse a catalog and choose software for install. The name of
that catalog is : "Package Manager" → "Add, Remove Software".
The command line can be used too : yum install <package>

There may be a way to add drivers at install time.
( I have never done so. )
What is it you want to add ? ( Except for xen.)

Xen is not a driver, but a separate kernel, to be selected
either at install time : It is on the install DVD / cd set.
Or after the OS install : yum install kernel-xen

May be read some documentation for the OS in question.
And please always tell, which Linux and which version,
your questions are about.

Well, my question was general that's why i didn't given any version of linux. But when it comes to ISO, how exactly you can add a driver to a ISO from package manager? What i am doing is that, i installed XEN 5.5 on a server, now i want to create vms of Oracle Enterprise linux 5.3. But during installation it says no HDD found, which means the OS DVD couldn't find HDD due to non driver availability or un compatible chip-set. My guess is, it is due to non availability of the drivers.

Google .. add driver at install .. http://www.google.com/linux

As you are paying for support, Oracle Enterprise Linux 5.3,
why not ask Oracle ?

And may be the driver is already included in version 5.4,
which includes the latest kernel = kernel-2.6.18-164.el5 .

You can just try running a live cd, Scientific Linux SL54,
which is also a copy of RHEL 5 ( Like OEL 5.x ),
to see if your HD ( SATA controller ? ) is included.

Or consider the upcoming version 5.5, with even more drivers.

To find, which chip we are talking about : Run any modern
Linux live cd, and use the command : lspci -vnn
