[SOLVED] youtube-dl, video has no audio, very slow

Has anyone used youtube-dl? I just used it to download a video, it downloaded the video as an mp4 file but the video is silent, there's no audio at all?

I ran the command simply as youtube-dl ADDRESS_OF_VIDEO

Also, the download was unbelievably slow, any ideas there. It took almost 10 minutes to download the video/song.

It made two separate downloads, I think it downloaded the video fist with no audio, all I had to do was wait because it was doing a 2nd download (the audio) and after that was complete it combined the two.
