"yacc" command not found

Hello. This problem arrised when I was trying to install KDevelop. It said I needed flex, so I went and tried to instal flex.

However, when I was trying to install flex, I get this error message:

Code:
[nick@192 flex-2.5.4]$ make
yacc -d ./parse.y
make: yacc: Command not found
make: *** [parse.c] Error 127
Any help on solving this problem will be great, thanks.

I am using Mandriva 2006
