xmms problem please help


how do i play video files in xmms ? do i need to install any plugins ?

and also i tried to add winamp presets for xmms...but in the presets menu they do not appear..as a result the sound output is not perfect..what dop i do about this ?

You needs the xmms-mplayer plugin, but I don't really see the point of having this feature because you still need to have mplayer installed, so why not just use mplayer.
