I was attempting to install Xmms-InfoPipe-1.3, a plugin for Xmms. I get this error:

I have already installed Xmms-1.2.8 from RPM. I tried installing the devel version, but to no avail. Any Ideas?
There's probably a very easy way to do this, but I really need to be walked through this, as I am obviously a
newbie.
