Angry XINE - Sound problems


can anyone please help me out on this one ...

i use xine cause so far it is the only media player that is actually worth having ... never could get mplayer to work or install ... anyhow ... i once got xine to work perfectly but that isn't the case anymore ...

try using the command:

xine -A arts

from man xine:

Quote:
-A, --audio-driver <drv>
Select audio driver. Check out xine --help for a
list of available audio output plugins on your sys-
tem. This selection is stored automatically in your
~/.xine/config so you'll have to specify the audio
driver only once.
