With postfix how can I have all emails for an account forwarded?

I have a simple postfix server set up.

How would I be able to make it that copies of emails coming to a particular account get forwarded to another but remain on the original account in a unread state?

Could use procmail for this. Also postfix has an option to resend every incoming mail to a second address.

You can create a ~/.forward file containing
Code:
\user, other-email@other-domain.com
