Question Wine Question?

I have Installed Wine in my Slack Box but I have some problems

1. I have partitioned my HD, in hda1 I have Windows mounted in /mnt/windows, Just with root I can Access.

2. I would like to know how can I run programs from /mnt/windows in wine?

3. If I use root to access /mnt/windows and then run wine, i.e:
/mnt/windows/Program Files/Microsoft Visual Studio/vb98# wine vb6.exe
wine: cannot open /root/.wine : No such file or directory

What can I do?

Thanks

wait-you didn't configure wine properly.
There's an example of wine's config file in /usr/docs/<whatever_wine's_dir_is_called>
Make a folder called ".wine" in /root and put it in there.
Then adjust it to your liking.

Hey I dont found /usr/docs/<whatever_wine's_dir_is_called> but it is possible to copy the wine directory from my /home/user to /root, or I need to configure for root?
