Question wine install

I am a complete to , however I no almost everything about windoze i got wine and i have no clue how to install it. I have College Linux :w.college.ch/linux . I need help.

Well, even if you knew more about windows than billy boy it wouldn't help you much installing wine
Please supply the name of the file you have to install wine.

well Duh i know that, why else would I be here

do you want the file name or what

file name is: wine-20031016.gz

note..
my system req..

Dell inspiron 3200
233mhz
190mb ram
4gb hard drive
the rest is generic, sound, video, etc...
