if you really cannot get any info about this at all, i had a look yesterday and it seems that there is several raspberry pi billboard projects that you can use instead ( and that do have documentation).

As i stated in the first post it is SEGA software. No way i'm gonna get their source. They f*^^%^$*ed up when releasing an update for a arcade game and accidently uploaded the full game. It is playable but the original has a billboard connected to it that i'm trying to get working. So no there is no documentation for the software. Only the hardware.
Offcourse i can build something myself but how much fun is that. The original is much more cooler ;-).
I will get there. Just need someone to know ARM programming and is willing to dig in.
