wayvnc - I installed it but how do I launch it?

I located it with GUI and right clicked and told it to run, but don't know if it's running or not ???

Based on the screenshot, it looks like the executable is wayvnc. You could try running that command in a terminal. If it throws any error message, be sure to make a note of them. You might also check whether it created a man page.

Did you mean to say "main" page or you really meant to type "man" ?

You've been active on LQ for nearly a year, and not yet encountered man pages?
