"VLC unable to open mrl" fixed -------> Audacity next

I had a small hiccup getting remote files to run on VLC & AUDACITY (1.3.12 beta)

I was getting the error message given in the subject line above.

This was easily fixed in VLC by changing the user redentials for the Samba share in the VLC preferences (Tools > Preferences > Input / Codecs > Access Modules > SMB Input).

I haven't been able to track down where in Audacity (1.3.12 beta) similar credentials should be entered. (or is there another way?)

TIA
